Owner signup summary

Owners can register, submit, and send a boat listing into VYC review.

List Your Boat is the owner intake front door. It asks for owner contact, email, cell phone, company name when relevant, vessel or yacht name, boat type, maximum guests, city or market, rough hourly CAD rate, dock notes, initial photos, insurance status, captain status, route context, and consent so VYC can contact the owner and finish the live listing details.

Owners can submit the quick form without a staff code change. The API creates the owner account, saves the first boat record, issues private dashboard access, and gives VYC an admin queue item. From there the private owner dashboard can collect more photos, proof, rates, route limits, availability, captain notes, insurance, and payout readiness before an approved public listing is promoted.

Recruitment package copy is available on this page so Jared can send owner outreach fast. The message should explain that VYC brings qualified Toronto charter demand, keeps guest requests mediated until terms are clear, reviews photos and documents before public launch, and keeps payments locked behind written offer and Stripe activation gates.
